Contracts Administrator

We are supporting a leading international Oil & Gas operator in Basra to hire an experienced Contracts Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a long-term, high-impact project, working alongside global experts on one of the region’s most strategic energy developments. Job Description Monitoring contract performance, including key milestones & deliverables, escalating risks/concerns in a timely manner to prevent value leakage. Provide input and assist Project Managers (PMs) and PSCM in preparing tenders, contract amendments, responses to formal communication etc. Review invoices for contractual compliance. Maintain audit-ready documentation and contract info. Review contract related correspondence and prepare responses in collaboration with key stakeholders. Review and process contract variation orders. Prepare contracts and associated amendments as required. Set up and maintain relevant registers and management reports/status updates. Assist with dispute resolution and claims management and negotiation. Verbal and written communication in English is mandatory Qulification 5 years’ experience in an Oil & Gas contracting environment. Contracts experience both pre and post award is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail whilst operating in a fast-paced environment.
