Join our Sourcing team and advance your career as a Sourcing Senior Analyst - Chemicals, HSSE, Waste Water Treatment, Catalysts and Remediation Management (German Speaker)! BP is seeking a German-speaking Sourcing Senior Analyst for CHWCRM (Chemicals, HSSE, Waste Water Treatment, Catalysts and Remediation Management) to contribute to the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services within the CHWCRM category. The role will complete sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and support value creation across the CHWCRM portfolio, while engaging effectively with German-speaking stakeholders, suppliers and business partners. In this role You will: Complete CHWCRM sourcing strategies in alignment with business objectives and company policies. Conduct analytical reviews to identify cost savings, value creation and process improvement opportunities across the defined supply chain. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, handover, implementation and ongoing contract management. Lead negotiation planning and preparation for CHWCRM agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions. Proactively manage supplier relationships, foster collaboration and drive supplier performance improvements. Use agile core practices and tools to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. Apply strong eye for business to understand CHWCRM requirements and optimise procurement processes. Support supplier selection processes by evaluating suppliers against established criteria. Demonstrate self-leadership, initiative and accountability in daily tasks and projects. What You will need to be successful: Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Management or a related field. Proven experience in sourcing or procurement Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is mandatory. Experience supporting German-speaking markets, partners, suppliers or customers. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Solid business sense and understanding of CHWCRM category dynamics and market trends. Extensive experience in contract creation, contract handover and implementation, and contract management. Excellent negotiation skills, including advanced negotiation planning and preparation. Strong relationship management and supplier relationship management capability. Experience developing and delivering sourcing strategies and supplier selection processes. Proven ability to identify and manage value creation opportunities. Desirable criteria: Experience in CHWCRM or adjacent categories within a multinational or shared services environment. Demonstrated proficiency in agile core practices and agile tools. Knowledge of procurement systems, supplier performance management and contract governance processes. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and engage partners across multiple geographies.
