WA Dispatch Coordinator

About the Role This is a Perth-based, full-time 5 days a week role on an 12-months contract with no working from home arrangement. Join a fast-paced and collaborative Dispatch & Fulfilment team where you'll play a key role in coordinating bulk and packed lubricant deliveries across Western Australia and Australia. Working closely with customers, carriers, customer service teams, and warehouse providers, you'll manage scheduling, delivery exceptions, returns, and transport coordination while ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and timely resolution of issues through proactive communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Coordinate urgent customer deliveries with sales, warehouses, and transport providers. Manage bulk orders to optimise transport efficiency and costs. Oversee returns, delivery exceptions, and product redirects to meet service KPIs. Provide responsive customer support and resolve service issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and environmental standards. Report safety, security, environmental, and quality incidents as required. Support general dispatch, fulfilment, and customer service activities as needed. Ideal Candidate Criteria: 2+ years’ experience in customer service, dispatch, warehousing, or logistics. Strong understanding of warehouse and dispatch operations. Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail. Intermediate Excel skills and systems proficiency. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Continuous improvement mindset with a flexible approach.
