About the role Customer service support specialist is intended to provide end to end support to our customers from onboarding through the full life cycle of the customer on a given product or products delivering an effortless and best customer experience in all touch points with the customer. In this role You will Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary. Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring understanding and managing expectations. Identify opportunities for business process improvement based on customer feedback and support trends. Exhibit commercial acumen to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services. Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. Demonstrate resilience and empathy in challenging customer interactions, applying conflict management techniques when required. Contribute to a positive team environment and share knowledge to enhance overall customer support capabilities. Uphold BP's commitment to sustainability awareness and ethical practices in all customer interactions. Continuously develop self-awareness and understanding of customer emotions to enhance service delivery.
