Vessel Logistics Supervisor

This is a hands-on logistics coordination role suited to someone with experience across offshore logistics, marine operations, vessel scheduling, shore base operations or a similar high-tempo supply chain environment. Key Responsibilitie s Coordinate offshore vessel schedules and logistics requirements. Liaise with offshore and onshore stakeholders to gather operational inputs and develop daily schedules. Coordinate bulk cargo, deck cargo, backloads, diesel, methanol, glycol and bunkering requirements. Work closely with shore base operations regarding vessel movements, berthing, loading and unloading activities. Coordinate with warehouse teams to support cargo planning and load-out requirements. Communicate approved schedules, changes and supporting documentation to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with Vessel Masters regarding voyage changes, weather impacts and operational priorities. Participate in daily operational planning and coordination meetings. Reconcile marine fuel documentation and maintain accurate audit-ready records. Maintain logistics data and promote accurate use of systems such as Kabal. Compile monthly shore base lift and tonnage reports. Assist with compliance, audit documentation and operational reporting. Provide occasional support outside normal business hours when required.
