Lead Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of executive planner in strategize, establish and monitor the project planning and manpower resource to support project management team for effective and efficient project execution according to project planning and contractual. Administering and review client’s specification / requirement against commercial proposal, ensuring high-quality deliverables and satisfaction to client needed and company benefits. Monitor and produce overall consolidated project planning to reflect the current status / situation of resources and facilities / space and propose to Management for decision on next course of action in executing current projects and future business endeavors. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6~8 years of experience in marine conversion projects within Shipyard Industry QUALIFICATION: Degree in Engineering or equivalent Proficient in MS Office software i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point Proficient in Project management software e.g. MS Project, P6 Professional
