Job Description – Project Manager Job Purpose Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a Headquarters Relocation Project, ensuring completion within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, fit-out, relocation, and handover. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and regulatory authorities. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance standards. Lead governance meetings and provide regular status reports to management. Manage procurement, tendering activities, vendor performance, and contractor delivery. Administer contracts, variations, claims, and commercial matters. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure operational readiness, business continuity, and successful project close-out. Drive sustainability and workplace optimization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline. PMP Certification (mandatory) or equivalent professional qualification. Experience Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale capital projects. Proven experience delivering corporate headquarters, commercial buildings, or large office developments. Strong background in construction management, procurement, contract administration, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
