Head of Public Affairs An international renewable energy company developing large-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects in Poland is looking for a Head of Public Affairs to lead its government relations, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's public affairs and advocacy strategy in Poland. Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, regulators, local authorities, and industry associations. Monitor and influence legislative and regulatory developments impacting the renewable energy sector. Represent the company in consultations, industry forums, and high-level stakeholder meetings. Advise senior management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and market developments. Support community engagement and reputation management initiatives. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or similar roles. Strong network and experience working with Polish public administration and regulatory bodies. Good understanding of the energy sector, particularly renewable energy regulations and permitting processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to operate strategically and independently within an international environment. Fluent Polish and English (C1+).
