Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including raising requisitions, advertising vacancies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing job offers, and onboarding new employees. Administer and maintain the HR HUB system by creating employee profiles, updating employee records, processing new hires, resignations, and ensuring data accuracy and audit compliance. Coordinate new hire documentation, including employment letters, medical check-ups, bank account opening, HR induction, personnel files, and communication with Payroll and HR Central. Handle HR administration by maintaining employee records, job descriptions, HR databases, onboarding materials, and supporting payroll-related system issues through HR Central ticket management. Manage contract workforce administration, including maintaining contract worker records, verifying invoices, tracking manpower movement, and liaising with labour agencies. Prepare and submit government-related documentation, including SOCSO (PERKESO) claims for local and foreign employees, and follow up on claim status. Coordinate training administration by compiling training documents, managing HRD Corp grant applications and claims, and liaising with training providers and HRD Corp. Prepare and maintain HR reports such as headcount, manpower tracking, turnover, government submissions, and other management reports. Provide general HR administrative support and assist the HR Manager with reporting, audits, compliance, and other HR operational activities as required. Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
