Responsibilities:
Provide technical support throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process.
Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
Act as focal point for gathering system requirements from application architects and owners to ensure seamless transformation and loading of data across different cloud vendors
Responsible for Data loading, data migration, and data retrieval.
Customer advisor on data governance, policies, roles, and dataflow.
Responsible for assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.
Perform data mapping, data quality control for one to multiple data sources.
Run assessment of company data and infrastructure environment with proposed improvement and recommendations.
Work with stakeholders, including data and design teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues.
Use API knowledge to design RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML
Maintain existing company databases with a working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, and related data stores
Responsible for debugging technical issues inside a complex stack involving virtualization, containers, microservices, etc.
Collaborate with the engineering teams to enable digital applications to run on cloud infrastructure correctly and efficiently.
Work with OpenStack, Linux/UNIX, Rackspace, Docker and Microsoft Azure as applicable
Handle incoming incidents and change requests as a first line of support.
Responsible for operating, design development, testing and implementing infrastructure systems and hardware with automation in mind.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on all activities.
Responsible for installing and configuring IOT Agora solutions including Infrastructure, network setup & SDK Implementation.
Maintains and supports existing on-premises applications from licensing, installation, and configuration
Responsible for gathering/developing experience working on OSDU community code and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) workflows.
Experiences & Exposures:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years' relevant experience, including internships, industrial attachments, academic projects, or graduate trainee programs.
Basic understanding of cloud computing technologies
Knowledge of SQL databases and data management concepts.
Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#
Understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON, and XML.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience gained through internships, university projects, hackathons, or research initiatives related to cloud, data, or infrastructure engineering.
Exposure to data engineering, infrastructure support
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
