Senior Estimator Or Construction

Working closely with senior leadership and operations teams, you will play a key role within the commercial division. This role requires a commercially minded Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being heavily involved from tender through to project handover. Identify and source key tender opportunities aligned with business strategy Monitor tender portals and submit EOIs Prepare and oversee detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions Develop pricing strategies including margin and risk analysis Prepare tender reports, forecasts, exclusions, and clarifications Lead commercial negotiations through to project award Conduct site inspections and project assessments Coordinate with safety teams to ensure compliance requirements are met Lead seamless handovers to operations teams and provide ongoing post-award support including variations Mentor and review team outputs, driving continuous improvement
