Purpose As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for delivering the recruitment volume request by the business. You advise and align priorities on candidates with your stakeholders, ensuring the performance of your processes is aligned with the company’s standards. Responsibilities You are responsible for establishing a partnership relationship with your stakeholders, ensuring actions that deliver what is necessary, while respecting the policies, processes, and procedures of your expertise. You are accountable for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including job offer extensions and ATS data maintenance. You are accountable for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout sourcing and applicant management. You take a role-centric approach, analysing both internal and external candidates through competency-based assessments to ensure the most suitable candidate is selected for the position. You are accountable for building and growing talent pipelines for both recurrent and unique roles through various channels. You are accountable for generating interest for roles through effective use of recruitment sources. You are accountable for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders for alignment and commitment throughout the recruitment process. You are accountable for monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics for continuous improvement and optimization. Education Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields. Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process.
