Contracts Manager

Lead the commercial delivery of the project, working closely with the Delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes. Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, progress claims and final accounts. Review and negotiate subcontract agreements while ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project. Mentor and lead the onsite commercial team, providing guidance and support to Contracts Administrators. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders. Monitor project costs, forecasting, budgets and cash flow, while identifying and managing commercial risk.
