Join our Team and advance your career as a Finance Consolidation Systems Lead (Castrol) In this role You will: Act as the Finance Systems subject matter expert for the Tagetik Consolidation platform Own and govern the finance consolidation solution and associated processes Define and maintain system standards, configuration, and governance controls Develop and maintain the Tagetik product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and capabilities to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements Own and govern financial master data structures within Tagetik Manage updates to legal entities, hierarchies, reporting structures, account mappings, dimensions, and consolidation metadata Maintain data integrity and consistency across upstream and downstream systems Support organizational restructuring, acquisitions, divestments, and reporting changes through updates to master data structures Support period-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes Monitor consolidation activities and resolve issues impacting financial close activities Partner with Finance collaborators to modernize consolidation and reporting processes, demonstrating Tagetik capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve controls Act as the primary interface between Finance users and technical delivery teams Translate finance and reporting requirements into technical specifications and system solutions What You need to be successful: Relevant financial degree or similar education background Fluency in English Strong understanding of financial consolidation and group reporting processes Significant experience supporting finance systems and reporting applications, including proven experience with consolidation and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems Experience managing financial master data, reporting hierarchies, and metadata structures Strong partner management and communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience working with global finance teams and technology organizations At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements Life & health insurance, medical care package Hybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needs Opportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options Celebrate in bp’s success.
