Job Duties Send RFQs/ inquiries to vendors to obtain quotes. Review, analyze quotations, negotiate including terms and conditions to secure the best value from the vendors. Maintain proper filing/ records. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Resolve supplier performance issues and procurement-related disputes. Bridge the requirement between internal customers and external vendors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of procurement software.
