QC Inspector (Piping)

Airswift is seeking for a QC Inspector (PIPING) to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications: Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials Engineering degree or, Technical diploma and experience with direct exposure to quality Control in multi-discipline construction environment. Preferably having formal training in QC and membership with recognised charted or other professional institution. Certifications: CSWIP 3.2 / AWS-SCWI Sr. Welding Inspector and NDT Level-II (ASNT, ISO, etc.) certification is a must . Preferred to have BGAS grade-2 / NACE Level-2 Painting Inspector certificate. Other equivalent certifications provided by internationally recognized organizations can be accepted. Experience 10 years’ experience for Bachelor’s degree engineers and 15 years’ experience for technical diploma holders in similar position in Oil & Gas sector . Experience in GCC is desirable Candidate should have hands on working experience related to storage tanks, piping, pipeline welding inspection and testing.
