Construction Supervisor Instrument

* Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing works.* Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels. * Supervise installation of Control junction boxes and Panels.* Good knowledge in reading and understanding Equipment Layout drawings. * Overall coordination with Mechanical works, HVAC works, Fire alarm & Loss prevention system works, Building Services works and etc.* Cable termination and Loop checking. * Co-ordinate pre-commissioning activities and assist during commissioning of facilities.* Initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC), Hand Over Certificate (HOC), Acceptance Certificate (AC), and facilitate the issuance of Project Completion & Discharge Certificates. * Witness SAT pre commissioning activities for equipment.* Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. * Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.* Sign work permits on behalf of Company and to ensure that contractor's compliance with work permits. * Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.* Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over to Company by contractor by paying special attention to all ELV equipment including Quality checks. * Works closely with other Company Construction Supervisors (Mech / Elect).* Report to Company Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement. * Accountable for supervising contractor's work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing Company safety standards on the work site.* Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters. * Liaise with the HSE Supervisor on safety related matters.* Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans and inspection & test plans (ITPs). * Co-ordinate with concerned and End User parties to resolve site issues and refer technical queries to senior construction supervisor and project engineer.* Review contractors' construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAs.
