Services Professional - Materials Management – Project Operations Are you passionate about being part of a successful team? Partner with the best As a Services Professional - Materials Management, you will be responsible for: Check between the shipped to Site and the received at Site 100% inventory and physical inspection after material arrival at the site warehouse Dispatch to the site area according to projects needs Identify the material damaged and segregate it in a dedicated area Material preservation support to Customer Customer Inventory management support to Customer Special tool identification at arrival and support to Customer for clear inventory allocation Support the Site manager in identifying in advance, respect to installation schedule, the required special tools and material Documentation management Material’s NCM (Non-Conformity Management) and check against punch list at shipping Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all Baker Hughes Service applicable processes and procedures. Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams. Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance). Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Have minimum of 3 years of experience in materials planning, execution, warehousing and inventory management. Have experience using Oracle or SAP system. Have Fluency in French, English and Arabic written and spoken. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills Have ability to influence others and lead small teams. Have ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Have proven analytical and organizational ability. Have experience using Oracle or SAP system.
