Key Responsibilities
Act as focal point for all technical and operational aspects related to the vessel package.
Manage project vessel schedules, logistics planning, and operational coordination.
Review engineering and methods documentation related to vessel operations and offshore installation activities.
Oversee subcontractor engineering processes as required.
Prepare technical requisitions and documentation including Scope of Work, MTOs, TBEs, and specifications.
Participate in risk assessments and provide operational recommendations.
Coordinate vessel mobilization and demobilization and manage offshore works execution.
Coordinate onboard resources and oversee crewing requirements.
Manage vessel operations during onshore installation campaigns.
Interface with project discipline engineers and Asset departments.
Operate autonomously under supervision of a project manager.
Ensure full compliance with QHSE requirements and site rules.
Required Qualifications
Engineering background with experience in offshore vessel operations.
Experience with offshore installations and offshore operations preferred.
Ability to manage interfaces with multi‑disciplinary project teams.
SAP system experience highly desirable.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Valid BOSIET (OPITO approved).
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
