Customer Support Engineer Electrical

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our customer support team. This is a customer-facing role combining technical troubleshooting, product support, and customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a contract role - 1 year, renew every year based on performance What You'll Do Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web tickets. Assist customers with product selection, application inquiries, and troubleshooting. Handle product-related questions, complaints, and replacement requests. Support quotation requests and recommend suitable solutions. Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on customer cases until resolution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Open to candidates with 2–3 years of experience in: Technical Support Customer Service Call Center Technical Sales Support Application Engineering Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Good English communication skills. Comfortable handling customer inquiries via phone and digital channels. Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
