What will you do
Steward, support, and direct the activity of their team of advisors
Handle all recruiting interfaces for the team, be accountable for onboarding and training of new supply chain employees
Establish this new organization and develop processes to enable success, and recommend organizational priorities based on collaborative alignment with Managed Spend Advisor (US), Data & Analytics, Planning & Stewardship, and Procurement.
Recommend the strategy and engagement model across those groups as the process evolves and moves into an environment to enable Corporate Plan activities
Support development and testing of digital tools, visualization products, and general, routine engagement with the Digital, Network, and Analytics organization within Supply Chain.
Experienced with effective Change Management and creating clarity; works well with others to deliver results and keep key stakeholders informed to avoid unnecessary organizational churn
Adaptable and able to manage ambiguity with ease
Perseverant and resilient in the pursuit of objectives; willing to take on new challenges
Proficient in SAP Systems and MS Excel knowledge is critical
About You
Skills & Qualifications
Supervisory experience required - steering the actions and developing a small team of personnel to achieve business results and meet/exceed strategic business objectives
Experienced in understanding financial processes for businesses where direct/ indirect material spend is significant. Experience supporting supply chain activities for large scale operations preferred (particularly in Oil & Gas)
Aware of Corporate Planning cadence, specifically with respect to critical times during month or year which may require more support and flexibility from the team/supervisor
Effective coach, especially in analytics to insights and development of new employees
Effective mentoring & motivating capabilities; able to work with different cultures and diverse background
Effective team player possessing abilities to interact effectively with internal personnel, external third parties, and ExxonMobil affiliates world-wide.
Proven self-starter with strong collaboration and influence management skills; able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to communicate clearly and interface with Senior Management
