Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer – Endur/ETRM Developer to join the Trading & Supply IT Crude North Americas Product Delivery Team . This role will focus on Endur application development, production support, defect resolution, enhancements, and project delivery while supporting Shell North America Crude & Products trading operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support OpenLink Endur (v11+) solutions. Deliver defect fixes, system enhancements, and special projects within an Agile environment. Provide application support through Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes using ServiceNow. Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions. Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve Endur and ODW-related issues. Support software releases, upgrades, patch testing, deployment, and post-production validation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. Contribute to DevOps, Agile ceremonies, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing activities. Required Experience 5–7 years of IT experience with a focus on ETRM/CTRM systems. Experience supporting and developing business-critical applications in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of Energy Trading processes, including: Trade Capture Risk Management Scheduling & Operations Settlements & Accounting Required Technical Skills OpenLink Endur (v11+) JVS, OpenComponents, TPM, Connex, Grid Enabled Scripts, Operation Services Java, .NET Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL Informatica Strong knowledge of Endur database schema and SQL performance tuning. Experience handling Endur memory management issues. Azure DevOps (VSTS), Git Requirements Elicitation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global teams and business stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Endur, JVS, OpenComponents, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, .NET, Informatica, Azure DevOps, ETRM/CTRM, Trade Capture, Risk Management.
