Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Specialist with strong technical expertise in income tax compliance, tax provisions, and cross‑functional financial collaboration. This role supports both domestic and international entities and requires a high level of judgment, analytical capability, and the ability to operate independently on complex accounting matters. Key Responsibilities Income Tax Compliance Prepare and review income tax filings for domestic and international entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Transfer Pricing & Surplus Calculations Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and surplus calculations, contributing to global tax strategy and compliance. Tax Provisions Review and prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions for both domestic and international operations, including detailed analysis and reporting. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Corporate Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Finance teams to support tax‑related initiatives and ensure alignment across departments. Special Projects & Ad Hoc Analysis Participate in large‑scale business projects, providing subject‑matter expertise and conducting complex tax and accounting analysis as required. Technical Decision-Making Make recommendations on highly technical or complex issues, often in the absence of formal guidelines. Apply resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy and develop solutions. Regulatory Accounting (Preferred) Experience with regulatory accounting frameworks is considered an asset.
