Help onboard new hires Walk through all safety stewardship expectations & materials Ensure & track training Support SSW requirements Support all personnel with safety leadership, including setting clear R&Rs, ensuring they know when to engage the HSE Manager in safety reviews, etc. & being in the field to set an example & qualify adoption of our safety culture expectations by our field team Hold our personnel accountable for safety stewardship against our expectations Ensure strong SSW programs are in place . . especially with the peaks & variable labor needs Ensure they are following established Safety Plans Support site walks, mentorship & incident investigations/review Lead safety stewardship Manage & maintain the established Safety Plans for each site Support training Proactively lead the safety program, partnering our vendor partners Bring best practices & innovation People are our business worldwide Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
