Wellfield Manager

What You'll Do ✅ Lead daily wellfield operations to meet production targets and business objectives ✅ Develop and execute short- and long-term production plans ✅ Manage operating and capital budgets while driving continuous improvement ✅ Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements ✅ Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, hydrogeologists, geologists, maintenance personnel, and operators ✅ Coordinate contractors, construction projects, and technical service providers ✅ Monitor operational performance and key production metrics
