As a Software Engineer, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining software for our inspection robots and camera systems. We are seeking a talented and passionate software engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates in the early stages of their career, who already have some hands-on experience but are still looking to build and expand their technical expertise. Testing and validating new hardware platforms Supporting development of new camera and robotic systems. Bug fixing and feature updating to existing control software. Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or similar field. Have professional work experience; experience in micro mechanics or robotics would be strongly preferred. Bring Python, C++/C# or Java programming experience. Familiarity with AI inferencing workflows, deployment pipelines, or machine learning models is a plus. Be familiar with Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, PyQt; as well as with source control systems such as Git Bring concurrent programming experience (e.g. threading, multiprocessing). Have knowledge of software design and architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, pub-sub). Be fluent in English, German language is a plus.
