General Accountant

Key Responsibilities Review and verify vendor payment requests, claims, and supporting documents before processing. Ensure payments comply with company policies, approval authorities, accounting standards, and contract terms. Record AP transactions accurately and timely in the ERP system Perform monthly AP, vendor advance, bank, and cash reconciliations. Support month-end closing activities, including expense accruals. Maintain proper filing and documentation of AP records. Assist with tax reporting, audits, and other accounting-related tasks. Identify process improvement opportunities and support ad hoc assignments from the Finance Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting. Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
