For our client, an internationally present energy group specializing in energy efficiency solutions for industrial clients, we currently seek a new team member to their O&M department. In this role you'll take a crucial part in technical management over PV and BESS installations delivered by our client ensuring proper, effective and long-lasting operations of delivered projects - focusing on polish market, but with possibility to gain international experience. In this role you would be responsible for: Supervision over performance of industrial PV and BESS installations Scheduled on-site audits, troubleshootings Coordination of external service companies Taking part in project' handovers and commissionings Co-creation of new procedures and processes Optimization of supervised projects Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. execution department, grid operators, client' representatives, technology providers) Ideal candidate should have: Higher technical education (Electrotechnics, Power Engineering, Automation or other relevant) Proven track record in service or O&M for energy installations Experience in work with Medium Voltage (High Voltage would be an asset) Experience in work with SCADA systems and industrial automation Experience in work with ESS and PV installations (with power over 150kW) will be an asset Experience in work with electrical schemes, project documentation Experience in management over subcontractors or project management Adequate SEP licences Driving license and willingness to travel (regular but short project-related travels) With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
