Ehs Advisor Officer

EHS Advisor Location: Frankfurt, Germany About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support the delivery of a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. This role is focused on ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, promoting a proactive safety culture, and providing practical Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) guidance across project operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation working on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany . Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day EHS advice and support to management and employees. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with applicable EHS legislation, industry standards, and company policies. Support environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives. Prepare and deliver EHS training, site inductions, and safety communications. Maintain EHS records, reports, and KPIs, while supporting internal audits and regulatory inspections. Promote a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, QQI Level 6/7, or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EHS or Health & Safety advisory role. Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
