Responsibilities
OFCI Coordination
Support the tracking and coordination of OFCI equipment throughout procurement, delivery, and turnover.
Communicate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure equipment readiness and delivery aligns with project needs.
Maintain accurate logs, datasets, and documentation for all OFCI items.
On-Site Execution
Assist with receipt, inspection, and onsite storage coordination of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment.
Support the field team to ensure handling and installation meet manufacturer requirements and project specifications.
Identify and escalate issues related to delivery delays, damage, or installation conflicts.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a key onsite point of contact for OFCI information and daily coordination.
Participate in coordination meetings with vendors, owners, and project team members.
Provide routine updates and documentation to project leadership.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant OFCI documentation.
Support commissioning and turnover activities by assembling required OFCI documents, manuals, and logs.
