Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Senior Delivery Manager As a Senior Delivery Manager, you act as a digital expert, bringing SAP domain expertise to bp, with a strong focus on demand management, solution design, and forward planning. To ensure alignment between evolving business demand, architectural direction, and delivery planning, driving predictability and transparency across the portfolio. Working within multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams, you collaborate closely with business partners, architects, enterprise technology engineers, and vendors to drive demand shaping, solution design, and roadmap planning, ensuring that initiatives are well-defined, prioritized, and positioned for successful implementation. In this role You will: Support SAP demand management and planning, partnering with business and technology teams to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions Shape business requirements into scalable, standardized SAP solutions aligned with architecture, security, and compliance standards Drive demand governance, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and successful delivery of key initiatives Find opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and implement reusable solutions Explore AI, automation, and advanced analytics opportunities to drive innovation and business value Collaborate with global participants, architects, engineers, and external partners to support technology roadmaps and strategic objectives Promote a strong culture of safety, security, and operational excellence in everything you do What You will need to be successful: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong experience delivering and supporting SAP solutions (ideally FI, LO, or BW) Proven experience leading IT service delivery and application development teams Background in Demand/Delivery Management, including vendor and collaborator management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior partners Experience managing product backlogs and driving continuous product improvements Desirable criteria: Financial derivatives or energy trading experience Azure DevOps and Agile delivery knowledge Finance & Accounting process understanding PMO, budgeting, and forecasting exposure Vendor and third-party delivery management experience At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements Life & health insurance, medical care package Hybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needs Opportunity to build up long-term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options Celebrate in bp’s success.
