About the Permian Straddling West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico, the Permian is the most prolific oil and gas basin in America and the engine behind the country’s energy renaissance.  Nationally, it provides about 40% of oil and 15% of gas production and plays a critical role in making the U.S. a leading energy exporter. What role you will play in our team Individual to work with water transfer team (PWM) supporting completions and drilling activities in Carlsbad. What will you do Responsible for the operation and maintenance water transfer pumps within pipeline infrastructure and frac ponds. Provide quality control oversite for third party water transfer equipment installation and rig down. Align daily duties with field team lead and supervisor in order to meet key scheduling objectives About You Skills and Qualifications Safety focused. Verbal communication skills/imperative.
