Building Delivery Manager Location: Sohar, Oman Contract: Long-term Contract Industry: LNG / Oil & Gas We are currently seeking an experienced Building Delivery Manager to join a major LNG development project in Sohar, Oman. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical project buildings and facilities, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution from engineering through construction, commissioning, and final handover. Key Responsibilities As the Building Delivery Manager, you will act as the client's focal point for assigned buildings, coordinating multidisciplinary activities and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the delivery of buildings from engineering through commissioning and handover. Coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations interfaces. Monitoring contractor performance, mobilisation, construction progress and productivity. Identifying project risks, constraints and schedule impacts while driving mitigation and recovery plans. Leading multidisciplinary coordination meetings and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. Ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements across all project activities. Supporting construction completion, mechanical completion and commissioning readiness. Providing concise progress reports to project management covering schedule, quality, HSE, contractor performance and project risks. What We are Looking For You will ideally bring: Significant experience delivering buildings, infrastructure or industrial facilities within EPC projects. Previous experience on LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or other major industrial developments. Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces. Experience managing contractors and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders. Knowledge of construction planning, progress measurement, HSE and QA/QC processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive delivery without direct line management responsibility.
