Job Duties
Under general supervision, manages SAP process and provides technical and operational expertise to internal and external customers.
Interfaces with Business Development, Technology and Operations to research equipment and solutions, contribute to development of procedures and provides support throughout the execution of work.
Evaluates processes, revises procedures, and or devises new method to improve efficiency of work flow.
Will serve as a back-up to a Service Coordinator in his absence.
Detailed technical knowledge and application of products in Product Service Lines (PSL's) is required.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement process.
Qualifications
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in PSL operations (e.g., in a Service Leader role).
