Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential. Repsol is hiring a Construction Coordinator to support the Marcellus Asset within the Unconventional Business Unit. This role is based onsite from our office in Horseheads, New York plus time onsite in the field. Position Title: Construction Coordinator Department: Unconventional Business Unit Reports to: Sr. Project Execution Supervisor Location: Onsite from Repsol Horseheads, NY office with regular field presence in NY & PA (typically 2–3 days per week). Position Summary The Construction Coordinator supports the Sr. Project Execution Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities for Marcellus surface facilities, including well pad development, gas gathering pipelines, dehydration and compression sites, measurement facilities, and tie-ins. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient field execution and delivers high standards in safety, environmental protection, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. This position requires close daily collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Drilling & Completions, Midstream partners, S&E, Land/ROW, Survey, Asset Support, and construction contractors. Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership & Field Oversight Promote a strong safety culture consistent with company values and the direction of the Sr. Execution Supervisor. Lead daily executions and verify that contractor work plans address job hazards. Ensure correct use of permits (LOTO, excavation, hot work, confined space). Enforce Life‑Saving Rules and Stop Work Authority. Validate contractor compliance with HSE expectations and regulatory requirements. Construction Execution & Coordination Coordinate daily construction activities across civil, mechanical, and E&I scopes. Direct installation of gas gathering pipelines, measurement, dehydration, and compression pads. Coordinate facility and pipeline tie‑ins with Operations and Midstream partners. Support troubleshooting, design clarifications, and field adjustments with Engineering. Maintain regular field presence to monitor work quality and contractor performance. Planning & Field Readiness Conduct pre‑job walks with Engineering, HSE, Survey, Land/ROW, and contractors. Review IFC drawings, MOCs, material readiness, and inspection requirements. Support the Sr. Execution Supervisor in development of schedules and outlook workload. Verify environmental controls and site readiness before mobilization. Quality Assurance & Technical Standards Ensure work meets design specifications and industry codes (B31.8, WPS/PQR, coating, NDE). Validate trenching, bedding, installation, depth-of-cover, and hydrostatic testing procedures. Monitor redlines and work with Engineering to produce accurate as-builts. Participate in PSSR, commissioning planning, and turnover preparation. Regulatory & Environmental Compliance (Marcellus-Specific) Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania DEP regulations including: E&S plans NPDES requirements Chapter 102/105 for waterways and wetlands Coordinate with county conservation districts and regulatory inspectors. Monitor and maintain BMPs, stormwater controls, and restoration. Support adherence to township/county road use agreements, permits, and restrictions. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination Provide daily updates to the Sr. Execution Supervisor on progress, risks, and issues. Coordinate with D&C, Production, Engineering, HSE, Survey, Land/ROW, Midstream, and third parties. Support landowner interface and manage contractor communication in the field. Document progress through daily reports, photos, and status summaries. Schedule, Material, Cost, and Documentation Material tracking and procurement accountability for execution Track construction progress vs. plan and escalate deviations early. Validate contractor quantities, timesheets, labor/equipment charges, and change orders. Support the Sr. Execution Supervisor in managing expenditure vs. AFE. Ensure turnover packages (as-builts, tests, certifications) are complete and accurate. Drive punch list closure and ensure timely restoration and compliance signoff. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Safety performance and Life-Saving Rule adherence On-time construction milestone delivery Cost variance vs. AFE and change order control Quality metrics (NDE pass rates, punchlist closure) Zero Notices of Violation (DEP, E&S, NPDES) Turnover package accuracy and complete
