<br> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; text-decoration: underline;">JOB PURPOSE</span></span></strong></p><p><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">Plan, co-ordinate and support all mechanical maintenance and engineering activities for Pipelines assets and</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">related equipment, to ensure the availability and reliability.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; text-decoration: underline;">KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</span></span></strong></p><p><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">Maintenance Planning, Execution and expertise</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Ensure that all the pipelines, static and rotating equipment are maintained, improved and/or replaced</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">for optimum availability to meet the asset integrity requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Plan and coordinate Mechanical Maintenance activities with other departments and sections.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Analyze the Break Down work orders and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">equipment failures and recommend solutions.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Participate in PMO program for maintenance activities & follow up the implementation.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Review mechanical equipment Asset record PM, Job plans are bring them in line with company M&I</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">Policy.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Participate in the punch listing of new asset during the operational handing over of the mechanical</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">assets</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Ensure all modifications done on the mechanical equipment are as per company Plant Change</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">Procedure.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Plan, guide and execute EOM, MM and Capital budget items related to mechanical section</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Ensure that all the required material, spares, consumables and tools are of the right quality and quantity</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">and available on a continuous basis.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Participate in Risk Assessment exercises and prepare recommendations and guidelines to address the</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">findings.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Review and update the existing mechanical procedures in line with company standards and</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Provide the technical support for mechanical maintenance team.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Prepare scope of work for tendering and conduct the technical evaluation of tenders.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Review, plan and approve work orders raised in the MAXIMO system and ensure efficient follow up to</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">achieve efficient, timely and quality completion of all Pipelines Division’s mechanical maintenance</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">works.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">Supervision</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">• Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">and deliver the respective func
