Site Hse Advisor

Responsibilities * Driving HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training * Conducting inspections, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring equipment compliance * Managing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practices * Overseeing Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls * Reporting HSE performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting investigations * Promoting environmental compliance and sustainability on site Requirements * Qualification in HSE or engineering related field (i.e., NEBOSH diploma) * Several years of experience in the Oil&Gas industry and onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survey/investigation.
