Fuel your passion As a Manufacturing Technician - Shop Floor Operations, you will play an essential role in supporting daily manufacturing activities by ensuring products are assembled, inspected, and delivered to the highest quality standards. You will contribute to safe and efficient production processes while operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining workplace organization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will help drive productivity and customer satisfaction. As a Manufacturing Technician - Shop Floor Operations, you will be responsible for: Operating manufacturing equipment and production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assembling, testing, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Monitoring production processes and reporting equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to appropriate teams. Performing routine equipment cleaning, setup, and basic preventive maintenance activities. Completing production records, work orders, and manufacturing documentation accurately and timely. Following all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures. Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment by utilizing 5S principles. Supporting inventory management activities, including material handling, inventory movement, and replenishment. Participating in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with team members, supervisors, quality personnel, and maintenance technicians to achieve production objectives. Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance. To be successful in this role you will: Have a High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Have experience working in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environment. Have experience operating manufacturing equipment and production machinery. Have knowledge of quality control processes and product inspection techniques. Have experience completing production records and manufacturing documentation accurately. Have an understanding of workplace safety standards and environmental procedures. Have familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies. Have experience supporting inventory management and material handling activities. Have strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Have strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
