Partner with the best: As a Field Operator Level III , you will be responsible for:   •  Operate coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations.   •  Execute pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, acidizing, and other CT interventions.   •  Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations at well sites.   •  Monitor job parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.   •  Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coil tubing strings and pressure control equipment.   •  Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CT equipment.   •  Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and operational records.   •  Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.   •  Identify operational risks and take corrective actions when required.   •  Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Level 1 and Level 2 Operators.   •  Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, and other crew members for smooth job execution. HSE Responsibilities:   •  Comply with all company HSE policies and procedures.   •  Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.   •  Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.   •  Report hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:   •  Have a minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).   •  Have a minimum 3–5 years of experience in Coil Tubing operations.   •  Proven experience in well intervention and CT services.   •  Strong knowledge of CT equipment, pressure control, and pumping systems.   •  H2S and First Aid certifications are preferred.   •  Ability to work in remote locations and rotational shifts Skills & Competencies :   •  Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.   •  Ability to work under pressure in field environments.   •  Leadership and team support capabilities.   •  Good communication and reporting skills.   •  High commitment to safety and compliance. Physical Requirements   •  Ability to work in harsh environmental conditions (heat, dust, offshore/onshore).   •  Physically fit to handle field operations and equipment handling.
