Lead Civil Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 14 years of experience in Civil Engineering design and project delivery. Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects. Proven ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers and designers. Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Experience in road, pavement, earthworks, stormwater, drainage, and site development design. Experience in reinforced concrete and civil infrastructure design. Knowledge of international engineering design standards; experience with Australian standards is an advantage. Proficiency in civil engineering design software and related engineering tools. Ability to review technical deliverables, manage design quality, and provide technical leadership. Experience supporting large-scale industrial facilities, transportation, utilities, energy, or infrastructure developments is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global project teams.
