Hse Officer Wind Construction Project

Headcount: 2 Location: Prachuap Khiri Khan & Chumphon Contract: 8 Months Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Thai regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for construction activities, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions. Monitor subcontractor and contractor compliance with HSE requirements, including permit-to-work systems, JSAs, and risk assessments. Support incident and near-miss investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Deliver site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture. Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, permits, method statements, and safety records. Support emergency response preparedness, drills, audits, and client/authority inspections. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure effective HSE communication and compliance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention, and adherence to Project Code of Practice (COP). Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Valid Technical Safety Officer Certificate is required. Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, power, renewable energy, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of Thai HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and permit-to-work systems. Experience managing high-risk construction activities such as work at height, lifting operations, excavation, and heavy equipment operations. Good communication skills and ability to work with project teams, contractors, and clients. Good command of English is preferred. Proactive, safety-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic construction environment. Preferred: Experience in renewable energy, wind farm, solar, substation, or transmission line construction projects.
