Project Engineer

Location: Charenton-le-Pont, France No remote working 6 month renewable contract (project expected to go far beyond 6 months) Goals and deliverables The main mission will be to technically coordinate a project/proposal in accordance with our procedures. Assist the Lead Project Engineer in: Analysis of technical contractual clauses (definition of the supply - customer standards - standards - regulations) Drafting of the general specifications of the project's studies In the Project Implementation Phase: Technical co-coordination of the project Participate in the management of the technical constraints of the contract Manage the PFDs and PIDs of the project in collaboration with the Processes and Technologies Department and following their mission Participate in the design of the installation Coordinate technical studies between specialties internally Ensure technical coordination/integration of packages with internal and external equipment suppliers Ensure the follow-up of spare parts Project management in support of the Lead Project Engineer: Contribute to the optimization of studies in terms of costs and deadlines in compliance with quality and safety objectives, internally and vis-à-vis the customer Safety / risk control: Participate in the handling of technical issues, especially those identified in the preliminary project risk analysis (RPA) Participate in the handling of technical problems identified during the project Participate in the various risk studies (HAZOP / FMEA / ARA / EVREX) and participate in the monitoring of actions Document management based on the rules established by the Lead Project Engineer: Manage the technical documentation of the project with a document master manager Organize the preparation of the various technical files (set-up, start-up, client) of the project with a document master manager Check the consistency of the project technical documentation with the manufacturers' files (As Built plans) Capitalization: Participate in the evolution of standards at the request of the management of the profession Report good practices and non-conformities throughout the project by completing the capitalization tool Responsibilities: Coordinate part of the technical team of the project Carry out your project in full quality and safety Arbitrate technical choices Ensure that the project is capitalized on the business Responsibilities in terms of Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with AL rules and customer requirements Respect contractual technical requirements (standards, safety rules, obtaining possible exemptions, quality) Ensure traceability (follow-up of changes) and compliance with confidentiality rules for information and technical documents Apply the technical aspects of the Project Management Plan and the quality documents of the project Address technical corrective actions identified during project meetings, audits and other sources.
