Minimum Requirements Develop and implement company Safety Culture framework, - Coach leaders and supervisors on visible safety leadership Facilitate safety leadership engagements and safety walks Promote accountability and ownership of safety at all levels, Assessment & Diagnostics Conduct safety culture surveys, interviews, and focus groups Analyse leading and lagging safety performance indicators Identify cultural gaps, trends, and high-risk behaviours, Benchmark safety culture maturity against industry standards, Change Management & Engagement Develop and execute safety culture improvement roadmaps Lead change management initiatives across assets and projects Drive workforce engagement and frontline participation Promote open reporting, learning from incidents Design and deliver safety culture, human factors, and leadership training Embed safety culture principles into onboarding and competency frameworks Support contractor safety culture alignment, Mentor HSSE teams on behavioural safety practices, Governance & Continuous Improvement, Support incident investigations focusing on human and organizational factors Provide expert input into HSSE policies, standards, and strategies Monitor effectiveness of safety culture initiatives Report safety culture performance and progress to leadership, Key Interfaces, company Executive Leadership Asset and Project Management Teams, HSSE Managers and Advisors, Operations and Maintenance Teams, Contractors and Business Partners Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety, Psychology, or related discipline, Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred Experience, 8-10 years HSSE experience in oil & gas, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry People are our business worldwide Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
