Head Of Quality

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Quality to lead quality assurance and quality control activities during the fabrication of major offshore oil & gas facilities. The successful candidate will oversee quality management systems, drive contractor compliance, manage inspection activities, and ensure fabrication is delivered in accordance with international quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead all site quality activities during fabrication. Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management Systems. Manage contractor and subcontractor quality performance. Coordinate Welding, NDE, QA/QC and inspection activities. Drive resolution of non-conformances and technical deviations. Support systems completion through accurate quality documentation. Lead lessons learned and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Interface with fabrication, engineering and project management teams. Monitor quality KPIs and recommend corrective actions. Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the fabrication yard. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. Additional certifications in Quality, Welding or NDE are highly desirable. Minimum 10 years of Quality experience within the Oil & Gas industry. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong experience working with EPC Contractors, Fabrication Yards or Oil & Gas Operators. Solid understanding of international quality standards and fabrication processes. Experience managing Welding, NDE and QA/QC activities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Strong analytical, planning and organizational capabilities.
