Job Purpose: Provides Streamline product management expertise to the business for global & complex product management projects Administers the product & SKU data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Streamline & Fusion for the Castrol business and provides a quality review to ensure compliance with data integrity standards Initiates Streamline requests on behalf of the Marketing team for marketing owned requests and to support supply chain with complex source change requests Provides training, support and process expertise to users of the PLM systems & databases Key Accountabilities: Supports the marketing team with initiating marketing owned Streamline requests – (except for labelling and PDS requests). Ensuring that requests initiated are in line with the Portfolio Rules of the Game and have complete information to support subsequent stages in the process Supports supply chain with initiating Streamline requests for complex source change requests e.g. plant closure or major network ops projects Administers the Streamline product & SKU data within Streamline change requests & directly in Fusion providing a quality review to ensure compliance with data integrity standards. Liaises with labelling team and other SME’s within the business as required to gather relevant information Supports users with system functionality and Streamline request issues that require administrator intervention When allocated to specific projects, provides guidance on streamline request types, timings, information requirement (including mapping files) and initiate streamline requests when ready Provides reports and helpdesk support to ensure that all functions across all geographies are equipped with the tools and information required to introduce and maintain the lubricants product ranges effectively (3,500+ Users worldwide, covering ~20 different activity sets within Marketing, Supply Chain, Supply Chain, and GPS) Identifies data inconsistencies within existing product & SKU data, working with the relevant business to ensure product data integrity Education: University degree in Science / Marketing / Project Management discipline or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience Experience: Good knowledge of PLM processes and systems Ability to co-ordinate several complex issues at the same time whilst meeting agreed deadlines Ability to form good business relationships and communicate well at all levels across the various businesses and functions An eye for detail, to ensure every change is accurate Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure required standards are met Demonstrated planning and / or performance management ability The job holder should be an articulate, clear speaker and a concise & precise written communicator – able to be understood by BP colleagues for whom English is not the first language Good IT skills and competent in MS office applications Skills & Competencies: Core Skills: Product Lifecycle Management principles and application– Skilful Structured Problem Solving: Skilful Project Management: Basic Training and Coaching - Basic Quality Assurance Auditing: Basic Product End Use: Basic Product Manufacture and Distribution: Basic Quality Control: Basic Quality Tools, Systems and Process Learning: Basic Understanding of Quality Assurance: Basic Travel Requirement: Negligible travel should be expected with this role Relocation Assistance: This role is eligible for relocation within country Remote Type: This position is not available for remote working Skills: Analytical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Courage, Creativity and Innovation, Curiosity, Customer quality requirements, Decision Making, Ensuring quality, Ethical judgement, Excellence, Facilitation, Influencing, Investigations, Knowledge Sharing, Listening, Problem Solving, Quality as
