About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
Reporting and Analytics Specialist.
This role will be based in
6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
:
Manages Finance’s digital development program and projects, including:
developing new process designs;
proof of concept pilots;
integration with broader enterprise efforts (e.g. Project LEAP);
digital project management;
building digital fluency within the Finance function;
advancing a hiring and development strategy that supports digitalization.
Supports medium sized clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision.
General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices.
Responsible for delivering the enterprise's reporting requirements. The team's focus is on analyzing the company's performance from various perspectives, including absolute performance, performance against peers, and performance based on value delivered. In addition to mastering the fundamentals of data and report construction, the team must also grasp and continuously learn business terminologies and metrics.
Digital fluency is essential, complemented by strong business acumen and financial proficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
1 to 3+ years working in data reporting, business intelligence, or corporate data analysis.
Strong proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleaning.
Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards in platforms like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to data accuracy and detail.
Ability to present technical data insights clearly to non-technical managers and stakeholders.
Capability to prioritize multiple ad-hoc reporting requests and meet tight deadlines.
