Partnering with the best As a Services Senior Team Leader, you are leading operational activities associated with the production, assembly, repair, and delivery of equipment and replacement parts. You are coordinating resources, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring effective execution of workshop, logistics, and service activities. You are developing team capabilities, implementing process improvements, and supporting strategic business objectives through strong operational leadership. As a Services Senior Team Leader, you are responsible for: Coordinating resources to achieve operational goals using timely and cost-effective strategies. Leading and supporting daily operational activities including production, material management, warehouse logistics, shipping, and service execution. Developing, coordinating, and executing daily production plans to meet customer and business requirements. Ensuring effective shift-to-shift communication and seamless operational transitions. Providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for workshop and operations personnel. Developing and implementing process controls to improve productivity, quality, and operational consistency. Supporting operations leadership in workforce planning, equipment allocation, and resource management. Developing annual departmental plans aligned with broader business and operational objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in processes, procedures, and ways of working. Communicating effectively across the organization and supporting alignment of operational priorities. Presenting operational updates, technical insights, and business improvements to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Supporting diverse customers and ensuring service delivery aligns with established frameworks, standards, and business processes. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have experience leading workshop, manufacturing, service, supply chain, or operational teams. Have strong leadership and people development skills. Have experience managing production plans, operational workflows, and resource allocation. Have strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Have demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Have strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Have the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence operational outcomes. Have experience working in customer-focused operational environments with multiple priorities.
