Equipo: Red Propia Localización: Lima Perú Nivel de experiencia: 1 a 2 años en labores similares Tipo de trabajo: Presencial Principales tareas: Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos menores en instalaciones (eléctricas, sanitarias, carpintería, pintura, etc.) sin uso de herramientas de poder. Ejecutar tareas de reparación básica en mobiliario, cerraduras, grifería y luminarias. Reportar condiciones inseguras o fallas mayores que requieran intervención especializada. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente establecidas por la empresa. Participar en capacitaciones técnicas y de seguridad requeridas por el área. Mantener el orden y limpieza en las áreas de trabajo y herramientas asignada.
