Key Responsibilities Lead the assigned project to achieve safe, high-quality delivery within the agreed timeline. Review project contract requirements to develop a clear understanding of scope, expectations, and deliverables. Strategise and oversee project execution plans, ensuring key success factors and project risks are addressed. Manage project stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring accurate and relevant project information is communicated effectively. Lead project meetings with internal teams and external parties to monitor progress and address major project highlights. Oversee project resources to ensure availability and adequacy throughout the project lifecycle. Support and monitor project team performance, providing leadership and assistance to maintain delivery standards. Promote a strong safety culture by participating in safety initiatives and encouraging safe behaviours across the project team. Build effective working relationships with relevant departments and team leaders to support smooth project execution. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering field from a recognised higher learning institution. Essential: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Essential: Experience as a Deputy Project Manager and Project Engineer. Essential: At least 5 years of experience at management level. Essential: Proven track record in managing previous projects and strong project management capability. Essential: Solid technical knowledge with practical project experience. Essential: Strong interpersonal, client management, internal communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Essential: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present, influence, and manage conflict effectively. Desirable: Completion of at least 2 EPCIC projects.
