This Well Servicing Liaison IV position is suited to a technically strong oil and gas professional with extensive field experience and a detailed understanding of workover operations, well integrity, artificial lift systems, and production equipment. The Well Servicing Liaison IV will play a key role in coordinating field execution, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and supporting delivery against production objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily workover and well servicing operations across assigned assets and rigs. Act as the primary field liaison between operations teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel. Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in the field. Ensure workover activities are carried out in line with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Review daily reports, operational data, and job progress to support delivery against operational objectives. Assist with troubleshooting field issues and support corrective actions to maintain operational continuity. Coordinate logistics and scheduling for rigs, equipment, personnel, and materials. Verify that work is completed in accordance with approved procedures, engineering guidance, and production goals. Conduct field audits, safety observations, and site inspections. Support incident investigations, root cause reviews, and follow-up actions where required. Monitor workover-related costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of field operations, contractor activity, and daily operational reporting. Qualifications & Experience Required High school diploma or GED. 8+ years of oil and gas operations experience. Strong knowledge of workover operations, artificial lift systems, well integrity, and production equipment. Experience coordinating field contractors and service companies. Working knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and industry best practice. Ability to read and interpret well schematics, operational procedures, and technical reports. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems. Valid driving licence with an acceptable driving record. Ability to travel between field locations as needed. Desirable 5+ years of direct workover, completions, production, or well servicing experience. Experience working in the Permian Basin. Prior experience supporting large-scale production operations. Strong understanding of production optimisation and well intervention strategies. Experience with budget tracking and cost control initiatives.
